Lori Crever
Lori Crever is a global speaker, improvisation performer and coach, university adjunct instructor, and author of the book “Protégé Power: A Roadmap for Mentorship.” A graduate of the University of Minnesota, she started her career working in live television, followed by a half-dozen years in New York City working in music and theater.
Subsequently, Lori managed communications, global philanthropy, and employee engagement for the Wells Fargo International Group for two decades. She led a team, hosted an in-house video series, and designed the most celebrated and replicated mentor program across the enterprise—empowering participants to achieve meaningful growth in their professional lives.
Lori concurrently invested three decades in the study and practice of Scientology—a structured approach to self-knowledge that integrates principles from Hinduism, Buddhism, and early psychotherapeutic methods. Through study and internships, she helped individuals identify and resolve the underlying causes of their unique and precise challenges. She completed over 350 courses in spirituality and counseling, plus individual processing actions including Cause Resurgence, The Happiness Rundown, Super Power, and the State of Clear. She remains a student of quantum physics and the healing powers of the mind and spirit.
In 2024, she earned a Global Leadership Diploma from the United Nations University for Peace in San José, Costa Rica—an international institution organized to educate and inspire leaders toward equality, conflict resolution, and global happiness.

Ms. Globaliscious®️ (Patricia Malidor Coleman) is an intercultural specialist, language expert, and lifelong bridge-builder between cultures, identities, and inner worlds. Creator of the Globaliscious®️ philosophy, she inspires people to embrace a more joyful and expansive sense of humanity, purpose, and belonging.
With over 30 years of global experience in travel, hospitality, cross-cultural consulting, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, she helps individuals and teams discover their personal and cultural identities as sources of strength, guiding them to find their passion and shape work/life balance in fruitful careers.
She holds a B.A. in International Business and Modern Languages from Eckerd College, Fl. and an M.B.A. in International Business and Marketing from Tampa College, Fl. She is a life transition and executive coach and holds CTA, ICF-recognized coaching certification.
Patricia is an instructor of Disney cast members in Orlando, FL, cultivating imagination, service excellence, and guest satisfaction making dreams a happy reality.

Shannon murphy
Shannon Murphy, CEO of BrainSkills@Work, is a highly sought after high impact speaker, trainer, and consultant who applies neuroscience to help individuals be more inclusive, culturally agile, and more effective leaders. Shannon is co-author of book Neuroscience of Inclusion: New Skills for New Times, and the BrainStates Awareness Profile. She brings over 20 years of expertise in diversity and inclusion, intercultural management, and leadership development. She has successfully created and implemented large scale training initiatives (companies with 20,000+ employees) with organizations like Deloitte, CHRISTUS Health, Medtronic, Deluxe, Barr Engineering, University of Michigan, Mayo Clinic, Boston Scientific, and others.
She has an M.A. in Intercultural Management and Leadership Development. In May 2012, she achieved advanced certification as a NeuroBusiness coach at Harvard with Dr. Srini Pillay. She was faculty at the Intercultural Communication Institute teaching neuroscience of inclusion, and an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business Executive Education.She is certified in the Intercultural Development Inventory, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Quantum Healing. She loves traveling, scuba diving, and spending time with her daughters.
